Do I need technical skills to set up my store?
No. Nexoas is designed for non-technical entrepreneurs. You can set up your entire store through a guided onboarding process with zero coding required.
What payment methods are supported?
You can accept major cards and cash on delivery out of the box. Additional regional payment methods and gateways are on our near-term roadmap — you’ll be able to connect them from the payments settings as they become available.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every plan includes one custom domain. You get a free subdomain (yourstore.nexoas.com) immediately, and you can connect your own domain from the settings panel.
Is there a free trial? What happens after?
Yes, you get a 7-day free trial with full access to all Starter features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade authentication, row-level security, and encrypted storage for all data. Each store's data is fully isolated from others with no cross-tenant access.
What if I need help?
We offer email and in-app chat support for all plans. Growth and Professional plans also get priority support. Our team typically responds within a few hours.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes. Nexoas supports both physical and digital products. You can also create variable products (different sizes, colors, etc.) and manage inventory for each variant.
